Physio Etc. was born from blending two disciplines: physiotherapy and nursing. Combining the field of physical health with that of pure medicine, Physio Etc. is where all the elements of optimal health come together!

Because as the name says, it's physio and more!

1. Physiotherapy is not just about exercise!

Physiotherapy uses exercises in the same way that doctors use medication as a prescription. However, physiotherapy is much more than exercises!

We use a variety of manual therapy techniques to improve your condition, such as:



• Myofascial release
• Muscle relaxation 
• Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)

2. Nursing is not about following a doctor's orders.
